I just had my 2024 crosstrek Subaru serviced at Gresham Subaru. My service advisor was Jesse. Let me say that he was very straight forward and honest. They were the ONLY dealer that listened to us, and what we wanted! We have had HUNDREDS of calls, texts, and emails (including from dealers over 300 miles away) simply because we wanted to look at and/or t we wanted! We have had HUNDREDS of calls, texts, and emails (including from dealers over 300 miles away) simply because we wanted to look at and/or test drive a car. None of them even listened to what we really wanted, or why… I’m thankful we finally found someone who was willing to understand our unique situation, and “back off” the sales pressure enough to let us try to find what we were looking for without forcing us to make a decision immmediately.
