We offer you one suggestion to all sales persons: If the client (like me) did not test drive the late-model car, he or she may not know just how to remove the key from the ignition after shutting motor off. It took me some nervous moments to fiddle with it while at a restaurant with my wife wating inside. Then I stumbled upon the need to shove the key into the column for the final twist. Sometimes you have to second-guess folks who have only driven older cars. More

Josh is not your typical car salesperson, he has not had his mind corrupted and bent to fit the car sales personality. Both Josh and Ted were pleasant and very professional. I went to three Toyota dealers looking at cars (including Gresham Toyota) before my visit to actually inquire about buying. Came back to Gresham Toyota for one basic reason, to get the best price. They gave me the best price in 2000 on a Corolla, gave my parents the best price in 2002 on a Camry. And as expected came back with a great price for me on my wife's new 2013 Camry SE. Not only did I get the best price, I did not have to deal with some Butt Head car salesman. To deal with a sick, twisted, and severely politically incorrect person like me and maintain a pleasant and professional outlook says allot about about Josh and Ted. More
