This dealership stinks! I went into this dealership today trying to buy a truck. They had it advertised for $10,000 off msrp. Which isn’t a lot when other dealers are coming off $13,000 to $16,000 off. I tol trying to buy a truck. They had it advertised for $10,000 off msrp. Which isn’t a lot when other dealers are coming off $13,000 to $16,000 off. I told the salesman who was very good and nice. His name was Don Johnson that I have the opportunity to buy it for a bigger discount elsewhere but liked the equipment on his truck. So the sales manager Feliciano Chacon who doesn’t know anything comes and says I’ll take $6500 off the truck. I say that’s the factory rebate your doing me no favor and no discount. He said what do you want me to do? I said well you have it advertised for $10,000 off online. He seemed shocked and acted like he had no clue when I had told the salesperson what I saw. Then he tells me that he can give me $25,000 for my 18 Silverado ltz with 12k miles on it. I told them I was in the car business and had access to the wholesale reports. Wholesale on my truck is $33,000. So they tried to give me no discount on the truck and then steal my truck for $8,000 less than wholesale. What scammers! I can see why this place has such crappy reviews. I wasted my time and gas from Kendall. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere like bowmin Chevy. Again this is a horrible dealer and the Mickey Mouse manager was a joke. How ever the salesman was wonderful. More

I took my car in for warranty service the end of August 2019. I got my car back January 15, 2020. 4 1/2 months later. Not only did they have the car for that period of time. Three weeks after I took it in 2019. I got my car back January 15, 2020. 4 1/2 months later. Not only did they have the car for that period of time. Three weeks after I took it in August they called me and said it was done and fixed I went there and it was not fixed and it was worse than when I took it in. The invoice at that time said they replace parts and they were charging GM for these parts while the parts were not replaced and the car was not fixed. I’m sorry to say this but I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More
