Broken down electrical and AC I had several issues at one time. Electric key not working. Ac broken. Battery issues. D ue to a strike at GM parts took longer for delivery to Griec I had several issues at one time. Electric key not working. Ac broken. Battery issues. D ue to a strike at GM parts took longer for delivery to Grieco. Battery and AC compressor broken after not even 8500 Miles. Got replaced thru warranty plan, so no charges. I was helped and everyone was helpful but I was unhappy with not keeping me updated about when I will get back my car. On the other hand during the strike at GM it’s understandable that parts delivery may take longer. I was helped and all problems got solved. Replacement car was not offered. Since I needed my car back I declined the car wash service which was offered for free. More

I own a Corvette and heard through the grapevine that Jon Erwin is one of the best around. And I have to say he is. Not only did they correct my issue they fixed another item that wasn't their responsibility. I am more than happy and satisfied. If I had to recommend a dealer it would be this one and only this one. Last time A manager contacted me after I left a rating on here, he promised that he'd take care of the situation and I would not have this issue again. I removed my feedback from the site after he begged me to. Please explain to me why the same person I had a problem with did the same thing again when I took my vehicle in for service? I'm definitely taking my vehicle elsewhere for service from now on. Ver high turnover rate at this dealership not a good sign. So whatever they promise, please get it in writing. Jonathan in the service department is horrible, rude and should not be dealing with customers directly. More
