Service advisor Javier not reliable My appointment was 7:00 am and he was not there so 15 mins later Sean the manager checked me in. Kept my truck 2 days. I called 8 times for updates. O My appointment was 7:00 am and he was not there so 15 mins later Sean the manager checked me in. Kept my truck 2 days. I called 8 times for updates. Only talked to Javier twice said all was covered under warranty. Never would explain what they did other than replace fluid and a filter. I was there for warranty issues and when I found out my car was ready he told me I owed money. Even though he never asked permission or tell me what was done. Then he tried to tell me I misunderstood. Miserable experience. I chased him for two days and he never once mentioned something out of warranty. His first call to me was to tell me they changed my oil and I said you better not have he said oh wrong person. Never heard from him after that unless I called. Good luck with him. And the smell I complained about from the ac is still there More

Broken down electrical and AC I had several issues at one time. Electric key not working. Ac broken. Battery issues. D ue to a strike at GM parts took longer for delivery to Griec I had several issues at one time. Electric key not working. Ac broken. Battery issues. D ue to a strike at GM parts took longer for delivery to Grieco. Battery and AC compressor broken after not even 8500 Miles. Got replaced thru warranty plan, so no charges. I was helped and everyone was helpful but I was unhappy with not keeping me updated about when I will get back my car. On the other hand during the strike at GM it’s understandable that parts delivery may take longer. I was helped and all problems got solved. Replacement car was not offered. Since I needed my car back I declined the car wash service which was offered for free. More

I own a Corvette and heard through the grapevine that Jon Erwin is one of the best around. And I have to say he is. Not only did they correct my issue they fixed another item that wasn't their responsibility. I am more than happy and satisfied. If I had to recommend a dealer it would be this one and only this one.
