Stay away from this dealer I took my car in because it was not starting in the morning , 900.00 dollars later still doesn’t start in the morning terrible service department . Not what I envisioned Went in for a recall along with an oil change and any other services that my Z06 needed. I had called in advanced (3 weeks prior) to request the service and was told that the recall parts needed to be ordered which I completely understood. I let them know to take their time and that once the parts were in to call me. They called me 3 weeks later and was told that the recall would take a bit of time, I stated please take your time, no rush just please provide a loaner. When I got there at 9:30 am, I saw the service advisor and was told the work would take about to 6 hours since they did not want to rush, I completely understood then I was told you can have a seat while you wait... I replied for my loaner? The answer was no, sorry we don’t give loaner unless your car stays over night, mind you that I’m bringing the car for a recall from Chevrolet itself. I decided to go rent a car, while there I reviewed online and saw that for my recall, Chevrolet stated that a loaner would be provided. I called the dealer and they stated that they would review that, sure enough they said yea we will cover it, after I had to go to 3 different car rental places because no cars were available. Then at the end of day I get a call saying your vehicle is ready, please come pick it up before the 24 hrs of your rental so we don’t get charged another day! Are you serious? After I’m the one that lost hours because you did not provide me with a loaner like you should? I was the one that figured out that I should get one, shouldn’t this be the dealers job to inform the customer and not the other way around! I picked up my car and yes the recall got done, the oil change got done, but I had asked for air to be added to the rear left tire because it was super low, that didn’t get done and not even a courtesy exterior wash, you can definitely the car was in the shop. Overall this is not the type of treatment that I have received in other Chevrolet dealers... I thought part of the reason to join the corvette family was the amazing customer service experience that Chevrolet provides but I guess I was wrong. More

Overpriced parts and installation This is worst service dealership. Overpriced. My car needs struts replacement and price they gave me $2000.00 it is ridiculous. Also they didnt wash the car they told me to wash. They also charged me $160.00 for only inspection and technician didnt mention about this charge either. I am very disappointed with this service.
