I had an appointment scheduled. When I arrived there were no one in the lobby to greet me. I found an employee and mention my appt, and he told me where to go. Introduced my self, and I had to wait over 10 m no one in the lobby to greet me. I found an employee and mention my appt, and he told me where to go. Initially my experience was not the best one. However, I was directed to speak to a general manager who went above and beyond to make sure that my wrongs was corrected. I was more than impressed with the ac was directed to speak to a general manager who went above and beyond to make sure that my wrongs was corrected. I was more than impressed with the actions of this manager. Wish all the workers were as understanding and fair as this manager. If it wasn’t for warranty work I would never use this dealership at least 80% if the visits the work was not done or delayed in getting it done. Body work I had to send back : times and I have been lied dealership at least 80% if the visits the work was not done or delayed in getting it done.
