All around a terrible experience. Arriving at 11am and not finishing up until 3:30pm I thought this experience was over – man was I wrong. I almost left with a “broken” truck. The 4 wheel drive wouldn’t engage so I got the associate that sold me the vehicle to try. He also could not get it to work so we went and talked to Feliciano the sales manager. He wanted to make things “right” so I was told he would be on top of it and call me the next day. That didn’t happen. Nor would it happen for the next week and a half. The truck was sent to a “sister” dealership because it was an electrical issue. After 10 days of trying to find out what was wrong with the truck they came back and told me nothing was wrong! How does it take 10 days for that to happen??? We gave them one last chance and said ok to having them deliver it. Well it was suppose to be at my house between 7 and 12. Come 10:30 I called and they told me my truck broke the tow truck because of the weight. After that I pulled the deal. Will NEVER even think about going here again. I advise all to steer clear!! More

I had an appointment scheduled. When I arrived there were no one in the lobby to greet me. I found an employee and mention my appt, and he told me where to go. Initially my experience was not the best one. However, I was directed to speak to a general manager who went above and beyond to make sure that my wrongs was corrected. If it wasn’t for warranty work I would never use this dealership at least 80% if the visits the work was not done or delayed in getting it done.
