Customer Service My first experience was, I think, not taken seriously. My husband and I came to buy a truck and while waiting for our $49000 check to clear, told the My first experience was, I think, not taken seriously. My husband and I came to buy a truck and while waiting for our $49000 check to clear, told the rep (KO) that we would come back the following week to find that our visit was not in the system nor did we receive a courtesy call for our visit the week before. However after much help from the new sales rep (RM) and the service given we decided to stay and purchase our vehicle putting a $30000 down payment as mentioned previously. I think everyone deserves a chance if curiosity rather taken seriously or not. Thanks More

Service DEPT Rebecca has informed me about Chevrolet programs. For instance, if my car which has 120 thousand miles on it has major issues, I can trade it in and Rebecca has informed me about Chevrolet programs.
