Quality of service To do the service on the car was told about an hour that was fine. Long wait Waited 40 min to be helped when i had an appointment.. apt was 9:30am. I arrived at 9:20, was not meeting with a service rep until 10am. Grieco Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale is a Lifesaver A month ago I took my vehicle to Grieco Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale in hopes that they could fix the problem that three previous auto shops could not A month ago I took my vehicle to Grieco Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale in hopes that they could fix the problem that three previous auto shops could not. I met with Service Advisor, Jonathan Cardoza who was very pleasant and informative, and explained to him that the Stabilitrak light was continuously going on and off, and the check engine light was on as well. Mr. Cardoza had the vehicle checked and informed me that there was a cylinder misfire and the spark plugs, coil, and connectors needed to be replaced. Mr. Cardoza also informed me that they had to order a part and I had to leave my car at the dealer, but it will be fixed and ready the following day. Fast forward a month later...I have driven the vehicle with no heavy vibrations and the Stabilitrak hasn't come on since I brought it home. I would like to thank with much appreciation to Mr. Cardoza for listening and being able to find the solution to the problem that others just assumed. Also thanks to the technician who worked very hard and efficiently on my vehicle. I look forward to doing business with the company again. More

Front desk not at all good Jonathan is great. But front desk is not. Rather incompetent and cannot multi task. I waited over 45 minutes to get my keys from front desk after the Jonathan is great.
