The Service Dept at Grieco Chevrolet is very poor in terms of appointments and service. We called to make an appt for a recall fix and showed up early and found they were going to close in 2 hours. We w terms of appointments and service. We called to make an appt for a recall fix and showed up early and found they were going to close in 2 hours. We waited 30 minutes to speak to someone. When we spoke with them they said that day they were doing only oil changes and were closing soon. We told them the appt was for a recall and were told we would have to come back and leave the car for 3 days and that was the way it was. They wasted our time and then gave a phony excuse we had to leave the car another time for 3 days. I said what do we do for 3 days without a car and the response was - your issue. We went to another Chevy Dealer the following week and made an appt. and dropped the car off in 5 minutes and 3 hours later were called the work was done and no charge. That was real Customer service, where Grieco just xx'd us and left us hanging. The Service rep we talked to just didn't care and made up a story to have us leave. DO NOT Use this Service Dept. a waste of time. True story. More

I had terrible experiences at this Dealership, both for leasing and for service. The F and I person "forgot" to enter my extended warranties that I purchased and the Service Manager, instead of helping me, leasing and for service. The F and I person "forgot" to enter my extended warranties that I purchased and the Service Manager, instead of helping me, suggested I call the warranty providers and add the warranties myself. As for the Sales Department, they are typical in their approach having an untrained salesperson, and smooth talking "Appraiser" and a Sales Manager who puts a lot of numbers in front of me that were, let's say, there to confuse me (and they did!). I sent letters to the owners that went unanswered. They tried to bribe me when I wrote my initial Dealer Rater with free oil changes. Terrible multiple experiences. More

Bought a dodge hellcat widebody from this dealership and when I took it to get inspected I was told the tires need to be replaced car only has 6000 miles on it and it’s going to cost me 2,400 so they sold m when I took it to get inspected I was told the tires need to be replaced car only has 6000 miles on it and it’s going to cost me 2,400 so they sold me a car with bald tires I tried calling and left voicemail And nothing nobody answer the phone or ever called me back do not buy anything from this dealership after they get your business they’re done with you they won’t answer the phone or return your calls horrible dealership More
