I dropped off my car the service coordinator Johnathan Cardoza was rude to me never explained what was wrong with the car that it would take a day or so for them to diagnose it so I asked for a loaner he Cardoza was rude to me never explained what was wrong with the car that it would take a day or so for them to diagnose it so I asked for a loaner he became rude with me and I told him that he was rude and hung up he called me back and told me to come pick up my car cause he wasn’t going to fix it worse customer service ever and this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here. Very bad service, left my 2021 Colorado fort diagnostics for engine light. Took them 2 days just to get to my truck to see what the problem. Wanted full oil change, new Matt’s and new wipers, plus a replacement key for the truck. Instead, told they were short staffed, got the basic oil change, no matts and no wipers.
