I was not please with the service advisor Jonathan cardoza .he show no understanding to the question i was asking concerning the truck . He was very sarcastic. My service advisor Khai did an amazing job at taking care of me. My 2017 Colorado ZR2 got done all the work I asked for in a great time frame. After I told Ruben Repeatedly I was covered for my oil service I finally had to walk to the finance department and get paperwork to show him otherwise. Once I got back he told me he put it on my extended service I finally had to walk to the finance department and get paperwork to show him otherwise. Once I got back he told me he put it on my extended warranty. I was baffled as to why he couldn’t do that in the first place and was trying to get the hundred dollars out of me. Nonetheless this is all after a terrible experience the last time I was in there. It was about a year ago before I left for Seattle and I brought the truck in for an odd vibration. I was assured it had been taken care of although there was nothing done and I proceeded to drive across the country with this erratic vibration possibly endangering my life and furthermore damaging the transmission of the truck. Once I arrived in Seattle a Chevy dealership immediately diagnose the problem there was some kind of recall on the oil and they simply change the transmission oil and the problem was resolved. However I do not know what damage was done driving to 4500 miles from Miami to Seattle. With all of that being said I do not think I will be purchasing another vehicle was Greico Chevrolet. I would love to hear from the general manager if possible to discuss my frustrations. There was an email thread I had with the GM at the time upon my arrival in Seattle with me adamantly explaining my frustrations with the whole vibration thing. However, I cannot find that thread now nor do I recall the GM’s name. More
