Visited this Saturday morning in May to consider purchasing a new 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Our salesman was a young man and we warned that we have been involved in car sales for more than 40 ye purchasing a new 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Our salesman was a young man and we warned that we have been involved in car sales for more than 40 years and know every trick and game. We were willing to pay MSRP (27000) for unit and even their high and extraneous 900+ dealer prep fee if we could get the RS unit in another color combo. The "manager" sends our salesman back with a price of 33,000.00 for unit before all fee's, tax and add on's. Thats over 20% over MSRP and they have been warned from GM / Chevrolet about selling over window and gouging clients. We walked out immediately. Grieco Chevrolet of Lauderhill on 441 in South Florida is believed to be Autonation by another name, possibly to hide their poor reputation and past high pricing. Find the vehicle you like, perhaps even test drive it, then consider other Chevy dealers in South Florida that are willing to price fairly. Dealer gets holdback and financing payments, so why steal from clients with HIGH markups ?? More
Grieco spent 17.4 million to buy Phil Smith Chevrolet and took "their" Google reviews as their own. Service center scam - always looking to UPCHARGE customer. Purchased GM key fobs at the service dept $175 then advised $170 to program. After waiting 30 minutes, Service tech “we are unable to progr customer. Purchased GM key fobs at the service dept $175 then advised $170 to program. After waiting 30 minutes, Service tech “we are unable to program the key fobs there must be something going on with the vehicle, we must do a diagnosis of the vehicleWhich would cost a minimum of $358 plus parts.” So in essence $700+ visit. This is the same place that I purchased and reprogrammed the current key fobs 6 years ago. I have owned the same vehicle for years and they are always attempting to use fear tactics to get more money. I guess they couldn’t make any additional money today. I Took the vehicle elsewhere and they were able to program it. This is not the first time - you go in for a simple oil change and they create a laundry list of items “recommendations” always in the neighborhood of $500 or more. Why?😡 I take very good care of my vehicle and follow the manufacturer recommendations. Customers beware get a second opinion if in doubt. More
I had an amazing experience at Greico Chevy and couldn't possibly be happier with my 2022 Silverado LTZ. When you visit them you must see Kurt! He did an unbelievable job! On 12/04/21 ( Saturday ), I took my vehicle in for service to have an oil change & tire rotation to include as well to have the vehicle checked for issues with starting difficulties in the morning wh service to have an oil change & tire rotation to include as well to have the vehicle checked for issues with starting difficulties in the morning which occurred 3 times in my driveway. He asked if I wanted to I could leave the vehicle at the dealership over the weekend and they could looked into the issue which I then just had the oil change & tire rotation done which was over prize giving the times I had this service done it was overpriced this time. I was told by Jonathan Marroquinero ( Service Adviser) that they could not check my vehicle for the starting issues I referred above due to unavailability of a Technician on Saturday/weekend, and that I would need to return in the week to have it looked at. I returned on 7 Dec 21 ( Tuesday) at 8:00am and and was seen again by Jonathan Marroquin ( Service Adviser ). He once again suggested I leave the vehicle for the day as it was going to take sometime to have a Technician looked into the starting issues. I said I would wait for the vehicle and he explained it may take all day up unto 4:00 - 4:30 pm to have my vehicle back. Well, hold and behold I sat outside on the benches at the dealership and watch cars in and out of the dealership that came for service way after 8:00am that was serviced. My vehicle was parked just feet away where all the vehicles were parked once they are checked in awaiting a mechanic/technician to take it into the bay to be worked on. Twelve noon (12:00) came and my vehicle just continued to sit there and not one time did Jonathan approach me and gave me an explanation or to update me on the status of why my vehicle had not been worked on since I arrived at the dealership at 8:00am. Four (4) hours of dissatisfaction and disappointment of the type of service. I then asked for my keys as I was fed up and ready to leave which I did having to wait 10 minutes more because they couldn’t find my vehicle keys. ( over frustrated) This is not the service I expected to received having been there numerous times. Poor service which needs to be improved “DRASTICALLY “ Is this because of the new take over from Phill Smith Chevrolet to now Grieco Chevrolet ? I would never take my vehicle there again after this fiasco and wouldn’t even recommend my friends and family to this dealership. More
Waste of time. I spoke with Mike over the phone and wanted to buy a Suburban. He gave me the price and even text it to me. I asked him what other charges they would add on the invoice. And I asked him if they had any other discounts. He said $500 off and if you are a healthcare provider then $500 off. I met Mike and he handed me off to a salesman. We sat down and after 10 Minutes he came back and said they would be adding $10,000 premium fee. I couldnt believe it. I drove all the way from Delray over 1/2 and hour and they just decided they would tag on extra fees. Would you buy from a place like this? Buyer beware with them since this business practice of tagging extra up charge fees should be known to the public before you even walk into their place. I would never buy from them. Go to a dealer that gives you an upfront price not one that plays games. More
