Worst Experience Ever with this Uncaring Dealership After reaching a very rude girl a few weeks ago when I was trying to make a service appointment, I again tried to make one today. First I pressed the number for service, it rang a few times and then hung up on me. I then called back again and spoke to the operator who advised me that the person in the service department was out on lunch, try back in another 15 minutes. I called back again, and asked to speak to the GM of the dealership. I guess the operator has no idea who that is as I was sent to the Director of Service. Voicemail again. Called back again for the actual GM and was told he was away dealership (I wouldn't want to be there either).I left a voicemail message. Again, no response or callback. Absolute fail for this dealership experience and I feel if a person ever buys a vehicle here it would be a big mistake! More

Great sales experience From the time I walked in to the showroom,until drove home in my new(used) car 2 hours later, the experience could not have been easier. False pretenses at Grieco Ford Beware of false pretenses at Grieco Ford! I visited the dealership a few weeks ago and was unable to get a deal to work, being a little off my bud Beware of false pretenses at Grieco Ford! I visited the dealership a few weeks ago and was unable to get a deal to work, being a little off my budget; these things happen, I get it. Yesterday I receive a voicemail from them stating "my vehicle is an exact make and model they really need" and wanted to see if they "could buy it as I'm eligible for a double down trade event" and "there are huge discounts to get me into a new model" - these quotes are taken directly from the voicemail that I still have. So today I called them and was told that 'the offer was real' as they had been doing really well on the luxury vehicle pre-owned market and really wanted my car. I was also told that they have a new pre-owned manager who could do better deals than the last guy and they were confident they could fill the gap with my trade to get me to my budget on an equivalent vehicle to the one I was looking at before. During a second call later in the day I was told "please bring your vehicle in as the new guy really wants to look at it". So I do the 50 mile (one way) drive, met the sales guy I dealt with before, look around the lot and identify a couple of vehicles I'm potentially interested in. The whole time I didn't see anyone looking at my car. We go back in the showroom and the usual games of salesperson talking to manager start. After a while (during which time still nobody goes to look at my car) I'm told my car is worth $4000 less that it was valued at just over a month ago and the new vehicle 'couldn't be discounted by much'. They then give me the difference between my trade and the new vehicle which was $6000 higher than a month ago; against a same priced vehicle as the one I wanted to buy a month ago. I asked for my keys and left... with no acknowledgment from the management. Later I called the guy that I dealt with to express my disappointment and frustration of being invited to the dealership under what I felt to be, false pretenses; especially as they had all my information on file so they knew what they had offered me last time. I asked him to pass on my comments to his management and extended an invite for them to call me to discuss why they feel deceiving people this way is satisfactory; guess what..., no phone call from the management!! So, be cautious when dealing with Grieco..., what they say and what they do aren't necessarily the same thing! Don't fall into the trap I did by being deceived and wasting your time with this dealer; go somewhere else... it's not like there aren't plenty of Ford dealerships around!! More
Grieco Ford sells lemons. Traded in my Escape for a Ford Focus. Five times in four years I had recall issues with this car. When I asked what I could get for a trade in on the Traded in my Escape for a Ford Focus. Five times in four years I had recall issues with this car. When I asked what I could get for a trade in on the car, I was asked “how much are you willing to spend”. This is why Ford has a class action lawsuit that is pending! Stay away! More

Average dealership with above average staff I recently purchased a vehicle and was not surprised by the dealership. Grieco is average in everyway. The saleman, Bob Child's is what sold the car.
