BEWARE! NO TITLES. NO REGISTRATIONS. NO HONESTY. NO DECENCY. Grieco dealerships operate with some of the most disgraceful, shameful, and downright infuriati NO TITLES. NO REGISTRATIONS. NO HONESTY. NO DECENCY. Grieco dealerships operate with some of the most disgraceful, shameful, and downright infuriating business practices I’ve ever experienced. My family purchased three vehicles from them in the past few months. We paid all sales tax and registration fees upfront—yet none of these vehicles are legally registered because Grieco sold them to us without having titles for them. One of these vehicles was bought in OCTOBER, and it is STILL unregistered. That is absolutely outrageous! Instead of admitting fault and resolving the problem, their “solution” was to try putting second and even third temporary plates on these vehicles. After weeks of trying to get answers and being lied to, I finally reached the General Manager, Louis Izquierdo. Instead of acting like a professional, he completely lost control. He SCREAMED at me so loudly on the phone that my daughter heard him from another room and was upset that a man was yelling at me! This was the day before Christmas. We were left with no vehicles to travel for the holidays. Let’s be clear: Grieco Auto Group has already had serious legal issues in the past for selling vehicles without titles and dragging out registrations (just to name a few) and although they had to settle these cases, it’s obvious NOTHING has changed. This continues to be their business practice today. At this point, they still haven’t registered our vehicles. Two of them are sitting useless in our driveway, and we actually returned the third because they couldn’t provide a real timeframe for when the title would magically appear. In addition to the title and registration issues, we have encountered several other problems: Paperwork was incomplete and incorrect, the payoff on our trade-in was sent in late, and there were major incompetencies and outright lies from the Corporate office, the GM, the clerical staff and everyone in between. We were told for several weeks "the titles are on the way" when they weren't, and "don't worry about second and third temporary plates, it's fine". Obviously those are all lies and cover-ups for never having the titles and not even attempting to obtain them until I asked for them. This entire experience has been a nightmare—financially, emotionally, and practically—and it’s still ONGOING. We are paying for Uber to get back and forth to work while also paying car loans and insurance for vehicles that are parked and unusable! This dealership has shown zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. Save yourself time, money and aggravation- DO NOT BUY FROM GRIECO! More
Mr. Grieco, I bought a Cadillac XT6 from your staff at Grieco Ford, Nov. 29, 2025. I had been communicating with various staff through text for about a week. One in particular was Eli, who I told that I w Grieco Ford, Nov. 29, 2025. I had been communicating with various staff through text for about a week. One in particular was Eli, who I told that I was in the process of chemotherapy, and would not be able to close the deal that day. He didn't give a darn about my health, he was just about selling the car. I was about to move on to another dealership, when salesman Fergi texted me and apologized for Eli's behavior, and I told him I was feeling well enough to drive over from Ft. Myers on Saturday to drive the car and inspect it. I had a 2021 Cadillac with 61K miles and wanted a more reliable car driving to Tampa every week to go to Moffitt Cancer Center. I called Feri Saturday morning to remind him that I was coming over to test drive the car. When I arrived, they had to jump start the Cadillac, and the car was filthy dirty. I was disappointed to say the least. When I drove it, I noticed an alarm that said change the air filter immediately. While I was driving the car, I was paying close attention to where I was going in a new car, in an unfamiliar place. I did not notice that the dashboard had been "warped" due to heat or something. I only noticed on my way back to Ft. Myers, and called immediately to speak to Mike Messina or John. I found out later that the car was sitting for 55 days. I would have not bought the car, if I saw that the entire dashboard will have to be replaced. I spent 3 1/2 hours waiting around for one salesman juggling multiple customers, and stopping in to check if I needed water or something. During this process, Mike Messina was great, and John was also very good. Mike Messina made sure they put in a new battery, and had the air filter replaced. But, shouldn't this car have been prepared, when you have a good prospect, driving 3 hours to drive the car? I put $2,000 cash down, and wrote a check for the remaining balance. I want to be compensated for the dashboard to be repaired. I got one key fab from your dealership, and no Cadillac Book,/ warranty info as usual in the glove box. I sent "G" the salesman, photos, and have many more if you want to take a look. I have not heard back from any Manager, which is why I am reaching out to you. I'm just not happy...from the car being not prepared when I arrived, to the waiting around to get the finances done, and me out the door..I was hurting physically, and needed to go home. Your salesman knew I was buying this car to drive back and forth for my Cancer treatments, and I was driving in from Ft. Myers, if I felt up to it...Then they had to unearth the car from under a tree somewhere, when I arrived...pretty unprofessional.. I chose this dealership because I was familiar with the Grieco name, and that they donated to St. Jude, and they had affiliation with Cambodia, where I worked and lived in SE Asia, for many years. I would like Grieco Ford to reimburse me some money that I paid for the repair...the car was not as described, and a key fab that Mike Messina promised me. My last conversation with Mike Messina, was I asked him to call me on the phone, instead of these text messages, which he did. He told me he spoke with Louis and got the approval for the repair or with cash towards this. Mike hadn't contacted me for a few days, until a few days ago, he told me he no longer works there. Mike was a good guy to me. He just seemed like he had a lot of "irons in the fire".. I’m not asking for the full amount, of $1,100, since I guess it was my fault too, and I should have seen the defect while test driving. Please share the difference with me. I emailed the GM(Louis Izquierdo) and he said he will find a resolution. I emailed the Grieco family. Nothing, terrible customer service. Never again!! Just send me the key fab...as promised. More

My husband and I in our 60's were forced to leave and find the tools to go back and change the tire ourselves, would you do this to your mother? More
My experience with Grieco Ford in Ft. Lauderdale was a catastrophic failure. Despite explicitly rejecting and calling out additional warranties during the finance process, the Finance Man Lauderdale was a catastrophic failure. Despite explicitly rejecting and calling out additional warranties during the finance process, the Finance Manager deceitfully added nearly $10,000 worth of unnecessary service and maintenance charges to the agreement. To make matters worse, I spent over a week requesting the signed documents, only to discover this blatant manipulation. This level of dishonesty and lack of transparency is unacceptable. It’s clear that Grieco Ford prioritizes profits over ethics, tricking customers into paying for services they neither want nor need. What’s even more disturbing is that after this ordeal, I’ve read numerous reviews from other customers who have experienced similar issues. It seems that this is not an isolated incident, but rather a pattern of deceptive business practices. If you value honesty and transparency, avoid Grieco Ford at all costs. The risk of being taken advantage of is simply too high. More
