We bought a used F 350 from this dealer on 1/13/24 driving 10 hours from out of state. Edward Vazquez, the salesman, was very good. We had issues getting my plates from SC. The dealership should know the paperwork involved because they are in that business. The dealership gave us temporary plates twice and still no tags. The third time Mercell told me that she couldn’t issue me a third temp plate and we would have to go purchase a plate from DMV. We we’re promised that we would have a plate until we received my plate. Called Mercell before the first ones expired and they sent me a plate five days after that first plate expired. Needless to say, going back and forth with them in the process…. I received my plates thirteen days after my second temp plates expired on 3/15/24 …I’ve been ridin with expired plates. We bought the truck to pull a camper and already had plans for camping trips. They were aware of our situation when we were going to purchase the vehicle. They should have kept us legal with temp plates!!! Don't think that was to much to ask for! We didnt get our plates until today, delivered by UPS overnight on 3/28/24 . Yes, the truck was a very nice F350 and clean and BUT we surely paid a price, 3500 over book value. They made out good on this truck. Not very happy with them! Old story - tell you what you want so they can sell it to you!!!!! You are on your own once they have your money!! Not good business relations if you want repeat business. Customer service needs to do better. More

2024 Vapor Blue Stang I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin(Sales Consultant), his assistant Caroline, and Ronald (Finance Manager), at the dealership, and I can't speak highly enough of th working with Justin(Sales Consultant), his assistant Caroline, and Ronald (Finance Manager), at the dealership, and I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service they provided. I needed to trade in my old Mustang with a blown-out engine 😩, and they made the entire process hassle-free. Not only did they confirm the availability of the cars I was interested in, but they also had them ready for test drives, and the paperwork was completed in no time. This experience was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. What's even more impressive is that my previous experience with this dealership was great 8 years ago, and they've managed to make it even better this time. I'm truly sorry to see some people have had bad experiences, but I hope my review can help anyone looking for an honest and recent account of a sales transaction. Justin, Caroline, and Ronald are a remarkable team, and I highly recommend their outstanding service. My new Blue Crush is just straight up bad xxx! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !!!! It would be impossible for me to list all the issues I have had with this dealership. To start, when I bought my vehicle there, for a couple hou !!!! It would be impossible for me to list all the issues I have had with this dealership. To start, when I bought my vehicle there, for a couple hours they refused to give me the internet advertised price on my vehicle. They kept saying that not everyone qualifies for the internet price. I had to literally pull up the vehicle on the internet showing them that there was no required disclaimer on any site (cars.com, autotrader.com, or the dealer’s site) that said anything about “ not everyone will qualify for this price”. After threatening to file a complaint with the state, they agreed to sell me the vehicle at the advertised price. After the lousy buying process, I always went to Pompano Ford for service as they had a great reputation. Unfortunately, Pompano Ford closed near the end of the Pandemic. At that time I thought I would give Greico’s service department a try as they are only a few minutes drive from my home. They have given me nothing but frustration and headaches. The biggest problem is they literally have a thief working there that steals money/items from my vehicle while in their possession. I am sure the dealership is aware of the problem, yet it continues to happen nearly a year after I first took my vehicle there for service. In addition, I do not trust the mechanics. I have been told my vehicle requires work (not maintenance) that “is not covered by my Ford Extended Service Plan” despite the fact that I have the top tier warranty that is an extension of the factory bumper-to-bumper warranty. I review everything they tell me with a friend that is a retired Ford mechanic. He has told me they are lying to me and I need to take my vehicle elsewhere. The problem is the Ford extended warranty REQUIRES that my vehicle be worked on at a Ford dealership. From now on, I will just have to drive much farther to get my vehicle serviced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYBODY. More

These people were not happy about the deal the sales guy made. Rather than keeping the deal, they backed out. Not only did they back out, they have not refunded my deposit. It's been over 2 weeks, Louis the made. Rather than keeping the deal, they backed out. Not only did they back out, they have not refunded my deposit. It's been over 2 weeks, Louis the GM said it would be 7-10 business days and that was past last week. Do not trust these people for anything. Just spoke to a family member of Grieco named Carmela Moran at 401-487-5497 (cell) she said I would eventually get my money back and when I told her it was already days past when they said I would have it and that Louis was blaming my bank. I told her I would not stop until the money was refunded. She decided to hang up. Gotta love their moto of 100% customer satisfaction. More

In the market for a new mustang. Came in for my appointment at 6:30 with Alex. Alex wasn't even available to take care of me for the time we had agreed on. How professional ... I Came in for my appointment at 6:30 with Alex. Alex wasn't even available to take care of me for the time we had agreed on. How professional ... I was taken care of by another salesman. I inquired about leasing a new GT to which he said they don't lease GTs. I asked why and he said because they come back trashed. I guess he took me for a vandal. I asked him to please run the numbers regardless on a GT premium trim. He comes back with a $1400 monthly quote... I've seen Lamborghini's lease for less. . I asked him to re-run the numbers with a trade in valued at ~ $35,000 private sale on KBB (Kelly Blue Book). He comes back with a trade in value of $22,000 ... it gets worse.... I check the numbers because somehow my quoted monthly went up.... This salesman is either lazy or mentally stunted because he added my car's value price to the balance. I didn't even say anything, just grabbed my stuff, thanked him and walked off; if they make absolute rookie mistakes (or intentionally do these things), I can't imagine what doing business with these people would be like. Jesus Christ what a joke this place is. Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More
