On August 31st I bought a HRV Honda. I was told when I purchased it that it came standard, with remote start. The vehicle did not come with remote start after I purchased the vehicle. T I was told when I purchased it that it came standard, with remote start. The vehicle did not come with remote start after I purchased the vehicle. The salesman came out and handed me one fob. You need to purchase a second one at our parts department. This all taken place after I purchase the vehicle. He knew that there was one all that time so now I confronted him and he said to me, after I sign all the papers and took ownership of the vehicle, I only have to give you one. I came home. I was trying to figure out how to start the vehicle with the remote. We ran the VIN numbers. Come to find out there's no remote start. I called Ray Santilli salesman back. After three time calling him and saying if you don't return my call I'll be there the next day. He said I told you there was no remote start in that vehicle. That was the first lie. The second lie is with the fob. I called the salesman and when I confronted him with all this he said to me. Have a nice day and hung up the phone. That's nice, how you treat your customers after they buy a car. So beware again, the salesman is after one thing, the almighty dollar. They don't work with you and they say they guarantee you'll be happy. Well I am not happy. They haven't returned the phone calls. Just be aware. Have a great day More
