Hello Aemontagues188 Thank you for your review. Every review is very important to use, and we do take them very seriously. One thing to remember is here at KIA Delray we complete a full multi-point inspection of the vehicle therefore telling you every recommendation that the vehicle requires. It is up to you at that point whether to have all of the work completed. Also, prices and labor charges do vary from shop to shop. We are a certified KIA Dealership therefore when we perform the multi-point inspection the recommendations include parts and labor as well as using all OEM parts. I am sure for $400 you were not getting OEM parts and that was not including labor. If that is the case, then by all means go for it. Just to let you know if that does not workout you can always call and set an appointment to get your vehicle repaired properly with OEM parts.
