He was helpful from the first time we walked in; we told him we had no intention of buying that day, and he answered our questions as knowledgeably, patiently and pleasantly as if he thought he was making a sale. And maybe he did think that, but he wasn't very pushy at all. And maybe he was right, because that experience made us look forward to working with him a few days later when we decided to buy the Mazda. We'd recommend him to anyone, it was -- gasp! -- a pleasant car-buying experience. Until.... yep, the finance manager talk. Twists and turns, "accidental errors" and "tell ya what I can do's" from him, very fishy. We held strong and asked for the general manager, who after more of the same and even a comment which was somewhere between insulting and condescending (either way, inappropriate), struck a deal with us which was NOT the original deal but was acceptable to us. Note that none of this is ANY reflection whatsoever on the SUPERB experience with Anthony!! More

Hour and a half worth traveled! I live in Miami Dade/Kendall area which is about an hour and a half away from dealer. However, I do not mind driving up there. Dealers in the Dade area are rude, unprofessional, and all they care is sell cars. On the other hand, Grieco Mazda personnel wants to help you get the car you want at the best price with the best customer service possible.
