30,000 routine maintenance was performed on time. It was noticed that 2 tires needed replaced. After consulting with me, I chose to replace all 4 tires. I was informed I needed all new tires after tire rotation and balancing were performed. I decided to get new tire elsewhere but was still charged for the tire rotation and balancing. In addition, when I had my other car, cx-3 serviced, i was told after the fact about the added charge if à credit card was used. I offered to pay with my debit card and was told it was too late. You only have à very small sign about this added fee. More
