We walked in, were seated in a lounge area when the sales consultant was brought to us! Not only did we never set foot into an office, but everything was done with them coming to where we were seated. We told them the vehicle that we wanted to lease and what we wanted to put down and pay each month. Only once did the sales consultant have to go to the manager - they met as close to what we wanted as you could get. They not only bent over backwards, they were smiling and so friendly as they were doing it - as if they were the customer! Not only did they find our vehicle at another dealership and had us come back in two days - but they were in constant contact with us via text messages telling us how things were going!! Only days before we were at a different dealership - same vehicle - and they never called us back as they said they would, but they never came close to satisfying our wanting to lease a vehicle from them. We are looking forward to being long time Greico customers. They truly put us before the bottom line - we did our research and could not find a deal close to what Greico did for us. They truly were the easiest - and nicest - people to work with - not every day that you can say that about a car dealership - and it was everyone - not just the salesperson. More

Great car buying experience I have been driving my car for 12 years and finally decided to take the plunge. Being a single woman I was waiting to be taken advantage of. My sales associate, Anthony Gioe was amazing. We test drove cars and he explained everything to me before I bought my Mazda3 and is still there to answer any questions after the purchase. Knew I wanted a Mazda CX-5 & the salesman John Petrulis met us at the front door & welcomed us in for coffee (we got there a few minutes earlier)! He listened to exactly what my needs were & accommodated to a tee! Car shopping can be fun!! I absolutely detest the general process of shopping for a car because of the obvious reasons (eg. the 'ole "this deal will only be good until the end I absolutely detest the general process of shopping for a car because of the obvious reasons (eg. the 'ole "this deal will only be good until the end of today" sales pressure, being asked what you can afford after asking how much the monthly payments would be, having to meet 12 managers before being allowed to leave the dealership, etc.) However, Grieco Mazda made it so much less painful, and actually downright fun! From the minute I walked in I was received warmly by Anthony's no xxxxxxxx approach to educating me about the car, and giving me some roundabout numbers. The next time I went in, I met my salesman Jim Hamburger. He was funny and always made me smile, even though I would consider myself an extreme pain in the xxx! I have a tremendous chip on my shoulder with my "don't "f" with me because I am a girl, attitude". I am also so picky that I had to drive several different models over the course of several weeks in order to make my final decision. But I was never pressured!!! Jim was always accommodating, seemed happy to see me and treated me with respect. The manager Dane was sweet, cool and relaxed (and quite cute I might add), and he also worked with me without the pressure that is commonly seen in car dealerships. Fabio in finance was efficient and informative. Overall, a great experience!!!! More
