I was mislead , and when going back after 3 rd day visiting this place was told that the pricing that was quoted on 2nd day was no longer in effect. They have the worst extended warrenty. The give you coverage on page one and take it away on page 2. Their service department does not have an idea on how to repair used automobiles that they sell. Garrett is an excellent salesman. This is our third Mazda and the 2nd one we bought from Garrett since January 2011. The whole process took about an hour in and out. The finance staff was quick and the sales manager was friendly. My service tech Mike was very nice as well. I had walked into Delray Mazda to purchase a used car that I had not originally intended on buying, because in my mind I had already made a decision on a car. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and it was a great thing I did. I met Gary, who is one of the sales people, and we took a car I was looking at on a test drive. The car drove great and had some great conversation with the sales guy. I ended up buying this car over another one at another dealership, because these guys were willing to work with me and I like them better. As far as Gary goes.......he's a straight shooter. What I liked about buying from Gary is that he's not high pressure and he says it like it is, plus he will go above and beyond to find the right car at the right price. I highly recommend checking them out. More

I was in a 3-year lease with these people. I went to one service visit with them and was severely overcharged for routine maintenance. I never went back to them; not even a free carwash! Also, upon my return to the dealership at the end of my lease to finance a new car, I was talked down to, ignored, and sat in a chair for THREE HOURS waiting for the answer to my simple question "how much will this car cost me"? The end result was a laughably high price with countless costs and fees tacked onto the bottom line. I think I actually did laugh in the face of the young man delivering the end price to me whereupon I stood up and walked out. I like the Mazda product so I went to a different Mazda dealership. Don't grace these premises with your presence. If you must get a quote, do it online! More
