I recently visited Grieco Toyota's service department to have my Grand Highlander tended to. My service advisor, Alyson Chatham, whom I have had in previous visits, could not have been more professional. have my Grand Highlander tended to. She is always pleasant, and made sure that my experience was to my satisfaction (which it was!). Service department is both fast and efficient, as I have had many visits for regular service on other vehicles I have purchased at Grieco. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. We bought our car here 3 years ago and go every year from Boston to get it serviced. This time though we needed the belt changed in the c dealership. We bought our car here 3 years ago and go every year from Boston to get it serviced. This time though we needed the belt changed in the car as it was really worn down. My husband had bought a belt and had asked if we could use that and he was told yes. 3 hours later some rep comes out and brings us in the back and goes over what they had done. I asked about the belt, and he said oh no he didn't change it, and we couldn't use the belt you brought because they would have to make a profit. I get it, no problem but why didn't someone come and ask if we would like it changed and we would have paid for it. By this time I am pissed. The rep guy said, oh you guys really need to get that belt changed because it is really worn out. I asked how long would it take to change the belt and was told everyone was going on lunch so it would be about 2 hours. We ended up having to leave because we had an appointment in Boston but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. More
Purchased car at dealership. Terrible customer service and ignorant staff from service to especially management staff trying to cover up for one another. They kept car for over 4 days with no communication on how to fix it properly. Matt and Kevin communicated they had no time to speak to customer. Salesman Brandon unexperienced with no summary about the car and orientation to customer. I would never go back there and would highly advise you to enter that dealership. More

I called for a Toyota RAVA4 XLE, and someone told me they have it but after driving 30mn to get there a salesperson name Gabriel came to and told me they did not have it, he offer an LE, I said fine and, aft have it but after driving 30mn to get there a salesperson name Gabriel came to and told me they did not have it, he offer an LE, I said fine and, after we went to payment, went to the lady doing the financial this when I realized they get screwed me with a 10.39 percent. On top of that they also screwed me with a Daily value loans. I trying to reaching out to her she never returned my call back until now. While I remember they used to called me almost everyday to come buying they now they get their commission they have nothing to do with me. More

He and Richard were apologetic and appeared to experience at Grieco Toyota on November 8, 2023 I was asked to reach out to the Sales manager, Kevin. He and Richard were apologetic and appeared to sincerely want to right my deal by putting me in a car that fit my needs. I was pleasantly surprised, pleased and accepted the new deal.
