My name is Kevin Walton, I am the General Manager at Fox Toyota in East Providence, RI. I read your review and I apologize for the feeling that my staff gave you during your visit. We have a rather large inventory of preowned and new Corollas and Toyota does have very good incentives on the new 2013 models but we try to place our visitors in the vehicles that they are interested in, so much so, our Sales Consultants are paid the same whether they sell a new or preowned model. I appreciate your feedback and will use this as a training opportunity for my staff to make sure that we are being courtious of our customer's time and showing vehicles that meet their needs.
