Great customer service, poor quality of work done. When I got my car back from a recall repair I ended up having to take it back because it was not done properly. The customer service is wonderful. Great staff, great service! Quick fix I got done with work one Thursday to find my 2016 f150 windshield leaking water inside. Called Griffin Ford in Fort and was asked to bring it down an I got done with work one Thursday to find my 2016 f150 windshield leaking water inside. Called Griffin Ford in Fort and was asked to bring it down and I would recieve a loaner car until it was fixed. They called me Friday afternoon telling me it was fixed and I could come get my truck.
