Stopped into see if they knew about the Car Shield warranty information. Rachel told me YES they work with Car Shield. She got the authority from Car Shield in advance to know what was covered under m warranty information. Rachel told me YES they work with Car Shield. She got the authority from Car Shield in advance to know what was covered under my warranty.. Appointment was made that day for about 2 weeks to allow time for parts to get to them. Parts were in on schedule & car was completed. One part broke while they were installing installing it so they got the part they needed within 2 days. I was put in a rental car for the 2 days. I was kept informed through the complete process. Rachel was great to work with & I will refer anyone who asks where to take their car for repairs to Griffin Ford in Fort Atkinson. I will continue to work with Rachel whenever I need repairs done on my car. Great place! More
