6 days ago I flew to Wisconsin to purchase a certified Fusion Titanium Energi, sight unseen except for the web pictures and conversations with the salesman, Zach Lane. Without exception the process was a piece of cake and very pleasing from initial contact thru the drive-away two weeks later. No pressure, even from the Business Manager, to buy extras etc. The car was as good as advertised, pictured, and described. We love the car and would buy again from Griffin Ford, without question. And of course, we'd insist on having Zach as our salesperson. By the by, the flight into Madison and the drive home were well over a thousand miles. Griffin had the Ford Certified car we were looking for at a fair price. Solid folks all. More

I’ve been taking my 013 F-150 to you from the time it was new, from Spoerl at the time. Yesterday I had an appointment for the deluxe oil change which I waited around for. They came ang got me from the waiting room when it was done. I paid for it and left…. I got to my truck and saw it wasn’t wasshed. I went back in and asked them why, they told me it was too cold out.
