I have never had a better experience buying a vehicle. My wife and I purchased a 2019 F150. I was impressed with the dealerships observance of Covid-19 protocols. I was also pleasantly surprised that there was zero pressure to purchase and additional coverage. It was of course offered, but that was it. When we said no thank you, the finance guy (Dusty) said OK and moved on. He was very friendly. I have had sale managers make me sign papers saying I was "refusing" all of the upgrades. Being a Wisconsin dealer, I was worried I was going to have to deal with the Illinois DMV, but they were all setup to get the paperwork done. Our salesman (Zac) exceptionally personable and very helpful. Again, I am extremely impressed with this dealership and hands down best car buying experience in my 40 years of buying vehicles. More
