I had been running a bit behindfor an oil change and an alignment for my car and called in to let them know. Right from the beginning they were extremely accommodating and polite. When I arrived I had no alignment for my car and called in to let them know. Right from the beginning they were extremely accommodating and polite. When I arrived I had noticed in my haste to leave i left my wallet at home about an hour away. Christian Schlittler and JJ went above and beyond to help me. They got the car in, did the oil change and alignment, gave me a free car wash, Christian bought me a water since they weren't allowed to offer water due to covid, and her and JJ hot the body shop guy to do an estimate quick for an unfortunate incident with a deer. The overall experience was excellent and I cannot say enough about the kindness I received from Christian and JJ. They are both outstanding in their roles and just great people. Would highly recommend buying and servicing from this dealership. From the sales people to the service writers all the way to the owner, they've been phenomenal. Thank you Griffin Ford!! More
