Talked with Tony by phone about a car we saw online. We flew up to buy it, they picked us up at the airport and brought us to the dealership. Paperwork was fast and efficient. We were in and out as fast as possible which was at our request. It was a very pleasant experience unlike the many other times we have purchased cars. Tony was on vacation so Fred stepped in and helped us. He explained the car and did the paperwork. He set up both our phones to sink with the car and set up our Ford accounts to start the car, unlock doors etc. Fred was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. We are very happy with our purchase and with the entire buying process. More
