Dave took the time to listen to our needs and desires for our next family vehicle and we couldn’t be more happy with his service. He talked to us like humans, not a salesman, and was patient through the whole experience, not pushy at all and didn’t try to sell “other” stuff with the car like the normal car buying experience is. We took time to pick out a car, test drove a 2015 Ford Edge, and because of Dave’s knowledge and understanding of what we wanted, we narrowed it down so great that we didn’t even need to drive another car, this was it! Dave also worked hard to get us an amazing trade in price on our current vehicle, we were astounded at what they were able to give us! Isabel in the finance department went above and beyond to get us the best rate possible for the new car and also took her time and was patient with us explaining everything so we could understand what we were buying and our payments! Such a fantastic experience overall! If you’re on the market absolutely go to Griffin Ford! Thank you Dave and Isabel!!! We’re so excited to start our new adventure with our Edge!!!! More
