My expectations on the servicing of my vehicle were different than the reality of what really happens when you bring your carin at 6am. I was clearly upset when I discovered that first come doesn't nec different than the reality of what really happens when you bring your carin at 6am. I was clearly upset when I discovered that first come doesn't necessarily mean first served. From Tray to the dispatcher went out of their way (went over and beyond) to ensure the expedited servicing of my vehicle. All those gentlemen have and deserve my praise. Brought my Ram Rebel GT in for FCA fix for the radio VIN lock problem. All the service advisors were fairly busy. I was helped by Jonathan and was told it would be at least an hour. I talked to a few employ lock problem. All the service advisors were fairly busy. I was helped by Jonathan and was told it would be at least an hour.
