Hello and thank you for this feedback. In speaking with our Service Manager, he offers you his sincere apology. We understand you hear a sound when driving in weather under 40 degrees. But, since you were not able to bring us the vehicle on one of those cold days, we were not able to duplicate the problem. Griffin's HUB is sorry and appreciates you recording the sound. We were just not able to help with diagnosing the problem that way.

Hi Richard: In speaking with our Service Manager, he wanted to apologize for this misunderstanding. It was our impression you were o.k. when we stated it would be some time before we could check out your vehicle, when you first dropped it off. Nonetheless, we could not duplicate the problem you were experiencing. As you requested, we submitted to your insurance anyway (for the things you thought needed fixing); they refused the claim. If the damage you reported on your vehicle had been pointed out to us at the time of pick up (vs. days after you left) we may have been able to reconcile this. At this time, we can not be sure it was caused at Griffin's lot. We are sincerely sorry the warranty work was not approved to be done to your satisfaction, but wish you well in the future.
