That stole car parts and they don’t want to take responsibility for fixing what was damaged under their watch. Truck had been at that dealership for 6 months bcz they figure out what was wrong with it and we get a letter stating that some vehicles were broken into but they won’t pay for fixing it. Like who does that?? We all need to get together and show up at the dealership bcz the whole county needs to know about this crap. More

I "purchased" a new Ford from this dealership. It "was on their other lot". It was to be delivered the next day. About 6PM the next day when I hadn't seen or hear from them, I called and was told It "was on their other lot". It was to be delivered the next day. About 6PM the next day when I hadn't seen or hear from them, I called and was told the car wasn't on their lot. They couldn't find it. When they didn't find it for a week, I asked if I could switch to a car the could find. I was told no. Since Texas law saws you can undo the sale up to 3 days afterwards, I told them I wanted to undo the sale and get my trade back. I was told I would have to pay $9000 on my tradein as it was already sold. Ultimately, I had to call my bank and they agreed to decline the payoff and hold the title. I went back to the dealership and again told them I wanted my trade-in back. They again told me it was sold and out being delivered. That was a lie because I had driven around back and my trade-in was there. Loudly in front of all their other customers, I said "So you sold a car without a title?" and loudly said that my bank was refusing the payoff and keeping the title. They said they would "try to get it back". I waited and they said they already shredded the old plates. Several hours later, they "found" the plates. When they finally brought the car up from behind the building and gave me my keys, I discovered they had drained the gas tank. I barely made it to the nearest gas station. After I filled it up, I drove to Covert Ford in Austin and traded it in for a similar car. I saved thousands of dollars by buying at Covert. More
The absolute xxxxing worst experience I have ever had buying a car and trading one in. I traded in my Ford Mustang and wasn't given the plates back, then told they threw them away afterwards without e buying a car and trading one in. I traded in my Ford Mustang and wasn't given the plates back, then told they threw them away afterwards without even asking me if I wanted them. Which I didn't find out till I called them to find the plates, where I was given the round around for a week straight to then be told the threw them out I was given a temporary paper plate that expired after 2 days for my new Mustang and they didn't send me my paper license plate for over a week until I called them to get them to send it Then they got my actual plates in on a Wednesday and said they'd mail them to me. I then called on Friday only to be told they never sent them out. If you buy from here, keep calling or showing up because once you leave the lot, you don't exist anymore. More
Stay clear of this place if your shopping for a used vehicle. Once you drive it off the lot they wash their hands of you. I drove 2 hours and purchased 2 cars on Saturday. I guess I should have known to vehicle. Once you drive it off the lot they wash their hands of you. I drove 2 hours and purchased 2 cars on Saturday. I guess I should have known to run when they couldn't even get the paperwork sorted out correctly. On the drive home literally less than an hour after leaving their lot and 30 minutes after they closed the 21' Kia Forte I purchased for my teenage son, dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree. The car acted like I just got into a collision. I get out to inspect the car and notice a bulge in one of the tires. I tried calling them up right away as I'm not entirely comfortable driving this thing anymore, but now it's after hours and guess what their voicemail box was full and couldn't even leave a message. My only option was to finish the drive home. Next day, out looking at everything and also find that the rear passenger window won't roll down. Motor sounds like its working but glass doesn't move. Take it in Monday morning to get the tires replaced and find out that in addition to the one with a bulge, one has a nail in it leaking air and another one has a gouge in it. The lights miraculously turned off but now I don't trust it in addition to needing new tires and getting the rear window fixed. I exchanged several calls with the salesman and the floor manager sending pics and video of everything. This was literally Monday morning after purchasing the car Saturday afternoon. I was basically told "to bad so sad". Wish I could do more for you but I can't. They can, they just don't want to. Their actions or lack thereof all but say the only thing they care about is making the sale. They are the exact reason why so many car dealerships have bad reputations. I told both of the guys that I spoke with that it would be different if it was even 3 days after the sale, but I tried calling an hour after leaving the day of the sale. Buyer beware, I will stay close to home now and look for a dealership that actually cares about the customer and knows what service after the sale actually means. More

The service department uses a sliding scale in telling the truth about their commitments and promises. They always have an excuse - two thumbs down the truth about their commitments and promises. They always have an excuse - two thumbs down More
PICK A DIFFERENT DEALER - I called Griffith on 2/9/23 to inquire on get a diagnostic test on my truck. I spoke to David and was told that he could get it taken care of by the next day (2/10/23) or by Monday inquire on get a diagnostic test on my truck. I spoke to David and was told that he could get it taken care of by the next day (2/10/23) or by Monday (2/13/22) at the latest. When I didn’t hear anything I called Tuesday morning (2/14/23) and left a message. David texted me to let me know they needed more time and when I’d like to pick it up. He said he would have it ready by then. When I arrived I found out that they didn’t do anything. David said the diagnostic team was backed up for 7 days! I’d like to say David over promised and under delivered but that would require him to do something. The entire reason I wanted to get a diagnostic was to determine if I wanted to keep my truck or trade it in. If I do trade in I doubt it will be at Griffith. Good news is there looks to be several other Ford dealerships within 20 miles. More
Worse service I've ever had from any dealership and thats saying something. We set an appointment for the car. Bring it in at our appointment time and then they tell us that the online appointments dont do a saying something. We set an appointment for the car. Bring it in at our appointment time and then they tell us that the online appointments dont do anything and that they dont have time but we can leave the truck and they will get to it soon. Thats fine since we were planning on leaving it anyway. 10 days later they hadn't even looked at it yet! I tell them I need it back because my wife and I need the vehicle then they magically get it in the shop. The next day they call me and ask me what the issue is- despite us leaving a lengthy list of the issues and the fact that the radio didn't turn on and there were error lights all over the dashboard. So another day later they say they fixed it. I go to pick it up- my wife drops me off so I dont have another ride home. I got to pick it up and the radio is still out and now there are additional error lights and the tire pressure monitor is broken. So I basically spent $500 for them to break my truck further. I text the service manager Tony who laughs at the issue. He then says it was a mistake and texted the wrong person and then proceeds to text me pictures that he was taking of random people in the grocery store... Managers wouldn't call me back or even acknowledge me. Do yourself a favor and never come here. I've never been treated with such a lack of care from any business. They had 0 respect for me as a customer or simply doing the work they were paid to do. More
