No Horse Play. They got right to the point. I asked what they could do for me and the best deal they could offer, within ten minutes I made an appointment to see th They got right to the point. I asked what they could do for me and the best deal they could offer, within ten minutes I made an appointment to see them the next day and drove out with my new SUV. I passed three other Jeep/Dodge dealers to get to Grogan's. Why? Because the others either couldn't or didn't want to get to the point. They wanted instead to haggle and negotiate. I wanted to know what they could do for me and they couldn't answer my questions. This puts Grogan's staff above the others. The only complaint I could even begin to say was, they were so busy I had to wait for the finance people for quite a while. Thank you to all the staff that helped me. More
