He greeted us with friendliness and a smile when we found what we wanted. He walked out with us to the lot and was willing to let me test drive multiple cars. When I settled on which one I wanted, he showed me everythIng that the car had to offer and features I didn’t expect to have in a 3 year old car. Then came the paperwork part of it. I was trading in my old car for a new car because my old car was falling apart. My nerves were through the roof because I was only working with what the value of my car was. Anyways, John made the whole paperwork part a little less nerve racking and not so serious. He went through every piece of paper he was giving me, and answered every (of my many) questions I had about the whole car buying process. When I got approved he seemed to be so excited for me, and led me to a great finance coordinator (Bree) who had great customer service as well. She was able to get me approved with the short amount of credit I had. She went through all the papers and interest rates with me and answered all of my many questions I had. She was friendly the whole time and made my nerves feel at ease. I signed the papers and drove away super excited. It is almost one week later and I could not be more thrilled with the car I got. I got service that was fantastic and both the people who worked with me (John and Bree) were great! we plan on buying another vehicle within the next year and we definitely plan on going back to John and Bree for the buying process. If you want a vehicle I definitely recommend Bree and John to sell you one! More
