At first, I actually had a really good experience at this dealership. The sales team was friendly, attentive, and made the process feel smooth and comfortable. Unfortunately, things changed once I got to the finance part. The finance manager was very pushy about selling me an extended warranty, and it felt like unnecessary pressure rather than genuine help. That really took away from what had been a positive experience up to that point. What concerned me the most happened after I had already signed everything. The next day, I was sent additional documents that were supposedly “missing signatures.” In reality, it seems like this was used as a way to run my credit multiple times — I ended up with about six inquiries. That felt very sketchy and completely unnecessary, especially since the deal had already been finalized. It honestly gave me the impression that they were trying to shop my loan around for a better deal on their end, likely because I declined the warranty. Overall, I can’t fully recommend this dealership. The initial experience was good, but the way things were handled afterward raises serious concerns. If you do decide to buy from here, I strongly suggest being very careful, especially during the finance process and after signing. More
