Went for an oil change prior to this visit. Was told the fog light bulbs needed to be changed. I was not given a quote for this service and that the bulbs would be non-led lights. After the oil Was told the fog light bulbs needed to be changed. I was not given a quote for this service and that the bulbs would be non-led lights. After the oil service was done, which was already paid via plan, I ended up paying $102.00 to change out my fog lights. I was even told the price was cut down from $170.00. On this particular visit I was asking my Advisor about car alignment and tire rotation. I was blown off by him saying it’s Denver and this happens. I’m a native to Colorado and I fully aware of the potholes in these parts. My advisor mentioned he gets his car aligned twice a year. I had recently purchased the car from lease and was told that an associate replaces her windshield twice a year. Groove must have a sales gimmick that associates replace parts twice a year for customers to buy into services or warranties that aren’t needed. Do your research before buying such warranties or services. More

I usually have a very quick time and no issues, but this time there was just a long delay in the diagnostics.
