Not happy about the service department. This is my 2nd new Subaru purchase; my 1st was from Mike Shaw Subaru. Every covered maintenance at Mike Shaw cost me $0.00! Last Friday I had to p This is my 2nd new Subaru purchase; my 1st was from Mike Shaw Subaru. Every covered maintenance at Mike Shaw cost me $0.00! Last Friday I had to pay $5.11 for taxes from my maintenance service at Groove. Perhaps the difference in Counties IDK Didn't get a car wash like it should have. Was told I had 2 unrepairable rear tires which would cost $670 to replace. Both tires were indeed repairable (1 tire had a small screw barely stuck in the tire that pulled right out by hand). Needless to say I did not leave a happy person. More
