I feel cheated by them. First, they were not clear about the windshield warranty they were giving me, the words they used made me think it was included in the extended warra First, they were not clear about the windshield warranty they were giving me, the words they used made me think it was included in the extended warranty, after signing I realized it cost $1000. Then they gave me part of the contracts without the clauses. When I finally read the contract I realize that the finance company did not force me to acquire an extended guarantee, however they told me that it was necessary for them to give me the loan. I feel that they were not clear with me and they tried to take advantage of me being a woman and going alone to buy the vehicle. More
