After I scheduled my appointment, I called 3 times to verify they had the correct sized tires in stock. I was told each time that the service manager would call me back that day. I never got a call back, verify they had the correct sized tires in stock. I was told each time that the service manager would call me back that day. I never got a call back, and when I showed up for my appointment, they did not have any tires in stock that fit my car. Luckily, Tiannah, the service advisor that assisted me, is more competent than her manager and found tires locally that fit the car. Unfortunately, the alignment that was performed after the tire installation wasn’t done correctly, so now I have to go back for them to attempt to fix it. More
