It took 4 months to get a second key for my car which was very frustrating. Once the key was available, The service center was very quick to program the key to my car and only took 10 minutes. The service person I talked with only set my apt fir an oil change instead of the 60 mole service. You were nice enough to lend me a rental for no charge.
