I bought elsewhere used, but the Service Department treats any owner the same. I get that dealers have set rates for different work, but Groove Broadway is like having a personal mechanic, ready to get treats any owner the same. Ron Baca was amazing. I'm a travel nurse who needs my car. He fit me in 3 days before the soonest appointment and then was able to diagnose and replace.my.dead battery in I'm a travel nurse who needs my car. Then when my car died again a few days later he was able to get.my car fixed in 6 hours. This man deserves a raise. In an industry where Im sure customers can be stressful and demanding Ron was patient and gracious. He kept me up to date with text messages and answered all my questions. Groove Subaru is amazing because they have Ron. Give the.man a raise it's overdue!!! More

I loved that they gave me a complimentary Lyft back to my house and again to pick up my car (especially since the service only took a couple hours). Only thing is, the communication between the person who ch house and again to pick up my car (especially since the service only took a couple hours). Only thing is, the communication between the person who checked me in and the service team could be a little improved. (For instance, I had mentioned a few times I didn't need my tires rotated and even wrote a sticky note, but they were rotated.) They're giving me a complimentary rotation next time, though. More
