This time it was a software update that cost me $350, ouch! It's software, why does this cost do much? There is no physical parts and minimal labor. As a dealer I would expect that software updates should be part of an ongoing service plan well beyond the physical warranties. I understand there should be a cost, but if it is several hundred dollars for something that really costs little to nothing that is where I feel the mark up must be enormous. I like you, just will limit when I use you due to cost considerations. More
