Groove Subaru

I was a walk in, and Tiannah Baca was the service assistant that greeted me. She assured me that Grove would fit me in the next day, and they did. As it turned out, my car did require some serious me assistant that greeted me. She assured me that Grove would fit me in the next day, and they did. As it turned out, my car did require some serious mechanical work, and Tiannah kept me informed through out the entire process. I knew that she understood the timing situation for my trip, and she did everything possible to make sure I felt safe on for my travels. I will ask for Tiannah whenever I come in for service. Overall pretty seamless process. Tina and Andrew were great. Only hiccup was their inability to transfer a title from the vehicle owner to the purchaser (to apply trade in value to Tina and Andrew were great.
