You need to improve how you communicate with some customers in regards to the completion of work. I waited in the waiting room for almost one and a half hours for a simple/routine oil change/ tire r customers in regards to the completion of work. I waited in the waiting room for almost one and a half hours for a simple/routine oil change/ tire rotation. Had I not gone to check on my car, I wouldn’t have known it was done. Makes me wonder how long I would have been waiting for notification of completed work. Not impressed with the younger staff’s attitude toward an elderly woman. More
