Purchased a Subaru Legacy about 2 weeks prior to my service visit. I was aware the radio was not working when I purchased the vehicle. I called Groove Subaru in Englewood & spoke to Josh. He was able to quote me an approximate price of $715 for parts & labor. I asked him to order me the part & let me know when it came in. I made an appointment with Brian for July 27th at 3:00pm. Unfortunately, I arrived late due to work, arriving at 3:35pm, knowing that the service department closed at 5:00pm. As soon as I drove up & apologized for being late they were nice. Everyone said it was not problem & they would have it done soon. I went to the waiting area but then looked around at the new/used cars. When I came back to the waiting area the car was done within the hour, and no charge because it was still under warranty. I was ready to pay $715. This made my day. I will definitely go back to Groove Subaru, and recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Work was supposed to be finished within 24 to 48 hours. It was successfully completed, on the morning of the third day, well past what was anticipated.
