She showed me how stock that Groove Subaru had in their lot. She sold me on the driving experience benefits of the Subaru Outback Touring and Limited models. In short, it was a great buying experience. Finally, when it came down to the key decision factor for me, price, and core products features, like the navigation electronics and the smart key features, she was patience. We worked through the pricing on two models and found the model that fit my budget best. Both Tina and the Dealership Business Manager, Grace, also did an excellent job selling, positioning and differentiating the various services packages that would fit my needs the best within my price range and budget. AND Tina showed me the Service Center and introduced me to a few service staff members. I closed a deal and walked away not just a satisfied customer, but really a delighted customer. I'd easily refer any friend or family member to Groove Subaru because of this buying experience. More

I made the trip with the expectation that an express oil change would only take a couple of hours, but what I encountered was far from efficient or satisfactory. To begin with, the receptionist, whom I regretfully cannot recall her name, was astonishingly unfriendly and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Her disinterested demeanor and apathetic attitude were immediately apparent, making me question whether I had made a grave mistake in choosing your establishment for my automotive needs. To make matters worse, prior to my visit, I called to inquire about the number of oil changes remaining on my purchased oil change packages. Instead of receiving a prompt and helpful response, I was informed that I would need to wait for a call back. How can a supposedly reputable service provider fail to answer such a basic question over the phone? It only added to the growing frustration and inconvenience I was already experiencing. Regrettably, my visit to your establishment turned out to be the worst automotive service encounter I have ever had. The lack of professionalism, unfriendliness, and the inability to answer a simple question have left me deeply dissatisfied as a customer. It is disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customer service and basic courtesy. I must emphasize that the purpose of an express oil change service is to provide convenience and efficiency to customers, allowing them to get on with their day in a timely manner. However, this was far from my experience at your location. The entire episode has not only wasted my time but also tarnished my perception of your company. As a dissatisfied customer, I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify them. It is imperative that you train your employees in customer service etiquette and ensure that they understand the significance of professionalism and friendliness in building and maintaining customer relationships. Furthermore, I request a clear explanation regarding the handling of my inquiry about my remaining oil change packages. Such inquiries should be answered promptly and accurately, without forcing the customer to endure unnecessary delays and inconveniences. I sincerely hope that you will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent other customers from experiencing the same level of dissatisfaction that I have endured. As a customer, I deserve better treatment and service than what I encountered during my visit.
