I received very good service from Sergio. I must confess that I was nervous because, as always, salespeople try to sell you this and that, but he never pressured me. Took car in for recall. Scheduled appointment online. Service Rep stated he would try to expedite service. After waiting 2 hours, inquired of status. For an unknown reason Scheduled appointment online. Service Rep stated he would try to expedite service. After waiting 2 hours, inquired of status. For an unknown reason, Service Rep asked another individual to see me when the car was ready and that did not happen -- miscommunication. As a side note, the same Service Rep helped me the day before for LOF on another car and he was excellent. More
