I was treated like I was putting everybody out by bringing my car in for a battery issue that has been going on for awhile. In November the battery was replaced after I discovered the issue on line. bringing my car in for a battery issue that has been going on for awhile. The battery died again in March after the car sat for 2 nights at DIA Ron told me that was why it died like I am some kind of idiot. I brought the car in and the battery was bad so it was replaced again I feel like I was totally disrespected when I brought the car in. Overall change of oil and tire rotation was OK. The car has an occasional rubber burning smell. The car is under warranty yet I was told that in order to diagnose the rubber burning smell if you ca The car has an occasional rubber burning smell. The car is under warranty yet I was told that in order to diagnose the rubber burning smell if you can't find the cause you would charge me $180 diagnosis fee. Why on earth would you charge me to diagnose something that is under warranty and if you can't reproduce it then you charge me a fee. Great way for Groove to make money, sorry we can't find the cause just pay us $180 for trying. Never ever again will I bring my car to your dealership. More
